Zinc PCA Daily Moisturizer

After much success with the Zinc PCA serum, I thought I'd try this moisturiser for extra hydration during the winter months. It has a lovely matte finish and pleasant fragrance, but unfortunately it somehow really dries out even the very oily sections of my combination skin. Disappointing.

I bought this zinc PCA moisturizer alongside Q+A's niacinamide exfoliating cleanser and green tea toner just over a month ago and have been using them every day since (the toner once daily, and the others twice).

It's been really difficult to find a suitable moisturizer for my combination dry and oily skin, but this moisturizer has *finally* given my sensitive skin the care it needs! When I apply it to my face, it absorbs within a minute and my skin instantly feels super hydrated and soft. It's a fantastic moisturizer to use after the cleanser and toner, and an integral part of my new skin care routine.

The fact that these products include a lot of natural extracts and ingredients is really surprising considering how great they are on my sensitive skin! This moisturizer has finally brought an end to what felt like an endless journey of finding the right moisturizer. My skin used to break out regularly and could never make it's mind up about if it wanted to be oily or dry. Now it's way more even in tone, barely breaks out at all, and feels happier, smoother and softer. I will note that this moisturizer does have a different odour compared with scented products, but it fades away soon after applying and I don't mind it at all. Honestly, I'm just so happy I've found some products that my skin seems to embrace! Thanks, Q+A :)

Please be careful in case of sensitivity. At the beginning (first 2 weeks) it was fine and I was happy with the product, but after that I noticed that this cream is causing redness.

This product is my absolute holy grail! I began using this product after suffering with breakouts on my chin since being a teenager (I am now 24). Within a week my skin dramatically cleared up, was less angry and looked better. Within four weeks my chin had completely recovered and I now only suffer from breakouts if I stop using this cream for more than 3 days. I use it everyday along with Q+A’s vitamin C serum. I have completely overhauled my skincare regime and almost exclusively use only this brand and my skin is happier for it. I would just like to mention, prior to my discovery of this brand I have tried numerous ‘higher end’ brands such as Avene, clarines, origins, eucurin, la Roche possay and many more. Q+A being the best. Thank you Q+A!!
