How much does US shipping cost?
We offer $6.00 tracked shipping for all orders under $35 in the US. Orders over $35 have free shipping!
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders should be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and delivery will depend on your state.
Do you ship internationally?
We are only shipping orders made on us.qandaskin.com to the US. If you are shopping from another part of the world, please use our UK site to make your purchase.
Can I send parts of my order to a different address?
Unfortunately, if you wish to do this, you will simply have to place separate orders.
When will my order be sent?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday all year round, excluding public holidays.
Can I change my shipping details after I've placed my order?
We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once your order has been completed.
If you believe your order was processed with incorrect or missing information, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please note that our office is in the UK, and we are only available between 8:30am to 5pm GMT. This translates to:
3:30am to 11am EST,
2:30am to 10am CST,
1:30am to 9am MST, or
12:30am to 8am PST.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our orders can be fulfilled very quickly, so we may not be able to cancel your order even within half an hour of purchase.
If you have changed your mind whilst your order is in transit, please contact us for a returns label so that you can return the order once it arrives. We will be able to process your refund once the order has returned to our warehouse, and not before.
How do I receive offers and promotions on Q+A products?
Please sign up to the mailing list on our home page or simply follow one of our social media accounts to stay tuned in with promotions.
I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?
Please contact Q+A directly for orders placed at us.qandaskin.com. If you ordered through one of our stockists, please contact their support team.
I want to return my item, what do I do?
You will receive a full refund on unused non-defective items and used or unused defective items. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason why you are returning the item(s), and we'll be able to process your refund/provide you with a free returns label.
PLEASE NOTE: We are in no way able to refund used goods that are not defective. Please keep each product in its undamaged packaging (unless defective) if you wish to return it. It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession. Due to the nature of the products we sell it’s very simple to tell if a product has been used. Please respect our policies and we will always do our best to resolve any problem or issue you have with your product. Furthermore, if your item was purchased on Amazon, then please contact us through Amazon's Messaging Service to arrange your return/refund. We are unable to handle and process returns for products purchased via Amazon unless you contact us through the Amazon interface.
